How to reach 1โ150 โ the buffed dungeon run
A new character spawns with maxed buffs for five hours. Equip the Eternal set, set the title, and run Moonlight, hardcore Crystal Valley, hardcore Sanctuary and Astral Grove before they expire.
You do not grind to 150 here, and you do not quest to it either. A new character spawns already buffed to the ceiling โ the same values a fully maxed
Eternal Buff Stone gives, plus pieces and arena pieces โ and those buffs last five hours. The whole route is built to fit inside them.
The five-hour clock
Everything below assumes the starting buffs are still running. They are the same level a maxed
Eternal Buff Stone grants, and the pieces and arena pieces come with them. That package is what makes a fresh character able to walk into dungeons far above its level and kill things there.
Do not waste the window. Five hours is enough for the whole run if you keep moving. It is not enough if you spend the first hour reading the market or rerolling your look. Sort your appearance out afterwards.
What you do in the first minute
You spawn on Trainee Island. Open your inventory before anything else โ the Eternal set is already in it. There is one weapon per weapon type, so whatever class you rolled has something to hit with:
Eternal Longsword
Eternal Greatsword
Eternal Dagger
Eternal Spear
Eternal Greataxe
Eternal Mace
Eternal Heavy Mace
Eternal Longbow
Eternal Crossbow
Eternal Small Staff
Eternal Big Staff
Eternal Axe
Plus the five shared pieces โ armour, shield, mirror, boots and gloves:
Eternal Armor
Eternal Shield
Eternal Mirror
Eternal Boots
Eternal Gloves
Equip the weapon for your class and all five pieces, then add the
World Cup Ring. Both rings go on.
Set your title. Open the title window and set EternalNewbie. It is easy to skip and it is not cosmetic โ leaving it unset costs you the stats the rest of the route assumes you have.
Getting off the island
Once you are geared and titled, use your
Return Scroll. It puts you in Horizon, which is where every dungeon on the route is reached from.
The route
Four dungeons, in this order. Everything after the first is entered through the dungeon teleporter in Horizon, and the second and third are run on hardcore difficulty โ that is where the experience is.
| Step | Where | Run it until |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Relics of Arid Moonlight | Your first dungeon โ go straight there off the scroll |
| 2 | Crystal Valley โ hardcore | Level 80โ90 |
| 3 | The Sanctuary โ hardcore | Level 120 |
| 4 | Astral Grove Stage 1 | The rest of the way |
There is nothing to farm in between and no side quest worth the detour. Finish one, take the teleporter, start the next.
Before Astral Grove โ spend your Newbie Coins
Do not walk into Astral Grove Stage 1 on bare gear. Take your
Newbie Coin to Lich Valindra and buy Teardrop stones โ every one on her shelf costs a single coin:
Teardrop Valor Stone
Teardrop Guardian Stone
Teardrop Precision Stone
Teardrop Spry Stone
Teardrop Wizard Stone
Teardrop Perception Stone
Teardrop Crush Stone
Teardrop Pierce Stone
Teardrop Escutcheon Stone
Teardrop Annihilation Stone
Teardrop Pinpoint Stone
Teardrop Mindwall Stone
Teardrop Blur Stone
Teardrop Brawl Stone
Socket them into the Eternal set you are already wearing. Pick the stones that match how your class actually fights rather than buying one of each.
This is the step people skip. Astral Grove Stage 1 is the first place on the route where the mobs genuinely hit back. Unsocketed gear is the difference between clearing it and dying to it, and the coins are worthless afterwards.
Astral Grove
The mobs here are strong โ noticeably stronger than anything before. The starting buffs are enough to kill them anyway, which is the whole reason the route is ordered this way and the whole reason the five-hour window matters. If the buffs run out mid-Grove, you will feel it immediately.

Common questions
What if the buffs run out before I finish? You are not stuck, you are just slow. Levelling continues normally โ you will simply be killing at the speed of your own gear instead of borrowed buffs. Most of the route is survivable without them; Astral Grove Stage 1 is the part that is not.
Can I skip a dungeon? You can, but the levels have to come from somewhere. The order exists because each dungeon lands you at roughly the level the next one expects โ skip Crystal Valley and you arrive in The Sanctuary underlevelled with no buffs to spare.
What happens after this? You come out the far side around 150 with a set worth socketing properly, and the progression guides take over from there.
