Medallions — from Ordinary Medal to +20 and Luciad 32
The full medallion chain: sourcing, identifying, the three archetypes and how to switch between them, re-rolls, +20, and Luciad's Power.
A rank 7 accessory that sits in its own equipment slot. The chain from nothing to a finished medallion is long, so here it is as a path: get one, identify it, pick an archetype, roll it, enchant it, then push its Luciad's Power.
1 · Get an Ordinary Medal
The starting item. Two routes to it: 1,000 Naha's Basic Blueprints, or 10 Naha's Medal Shards.
Ordinary Medal
The blueprints come from three weekly quests, so the blueprint route is a matter of weeks rather than luck. The Ordinary Medal itself carries physical and magical defence — it is wearable while you work on it, not just a crafting stage.
2 · Identify it
Until it is identified it has no options. A Philosopher's Scroll rolls them:
Philosopher's Scroll
3 · Choose an archetype
A gem converts the Ordinary Medal into one of three Enhanced medals. The conversion keeps the options and the enhancement the medal already has, so identifying and rolling first is not wasted work:
| Start with | Add | You get |
|---|---|---|
Health carries max HP and MP, Strength carries physical attack, Intelligence carries magical attack. Pick the one your class actually scales with — this is the decision the whole rest of the chain builds on.
You are not locked in. The same gems also convert a finished Enhanced medal from one archetype to another. If you rolled Strength and re-specced into a caster, you do not start over — you feed it an Intelligence Gem:
| Start with | Add | You get |
|---|---|---|
4 · Re-roll the options
On the Ordinary medal, Power of Change: Medal re-rolls the options. Paired with a Secret Book it aims the roll at an archetype — Warrior, Summoner, Hunter or Magician — instead of rolling blind. That is a two-material recipe: the changer plus the book.
Power of Change: Medal
On the Enhanced medals it is a different item — Blessed Power of Change: Medal, one per class. These do not work on the Ordinary medal, and the Ordinary changer does not work on Enhanced ones:
Blessed power of Change: Medal (Berserker)
Blessed power of Change: Medal (Marksman)
Blessed power of Change: Medal (Magus)
Blessed power of Change: Medal (War Kahuna)
Blessed power of Change: Medal (Beast Master)
Blessed power of Change: Medal (Templar)
Blessed power of Change: Medal (Mercenary)
Blessed power of Change: Medal (Cardinal)
Blessed power of Change: Medal (Oracle)
Blessed power of Change: Medal (Master Breeder)
Blessed power of Change: Medal (Slayer)
Blessed power of Change: Medal (Deadeye)
Blessed power of Change: Medal (Void Mage)
Blessed power of Change: Medal (Corruptor)
Blessed power of Change: Medal (Overlord)
5 · Enchant it to +20
Two cubes take the medal up the enchantment track:
Medal Cube
Ancient Medal Cube
The enchant bonus is cumulative — each level adds its own step on top of the last, reaching roughly +1,394 to the medal's main stat by +20. That is the single biggest number on the item, and it is why +20 is the real goal rather than a milestone.
6 · Then Luciad's Power
At +20 the medal unlocks Luciad's Power, which grows with its own stone and caps at 32:
Luciad's Power: Medal
| Power | Bonus |
|---|---|
| 1 | 0 |
| 10 | 1,998 |
| 20 | 4,218 |
| 32 | 6,882 |
Note the shape: the bonus is zero at power 1 and then climbs in a straight line. Every power is worth the same as the one before it, so there is no point at which pushing further stops paying — it just gets slower once the materials run thin.
Changing the skill
Enhanced medals carry a class skill, and it can be re-rolled on its own with the class Skill Changer without touching a single stat. If everything about the medal is right except the skill, that is a one-catalyst fix.
One honest warning
Some of these have no source right now. The three gems, Power of Change: Medal, and Naha's Medal Shard currently have no drop table and no shop entry. They exist and the recipes work, but nothing in the world produces them today. Plan around the blueprint route, and do not count on shards or gems until that changes.
