Patch 1.17 โ The Maple Patch
Autumn arrives: every monster on the continent drops maple leaves until 1 October, and the Autumn Event Helper in Horizon trades them for boxes, four new potions and random blessings. Every weekend now runs one randomly chosen bonus event from Friday 18:00 to Monday 00:00. The +5 Skill Card Box is new. The interface is moving onto our own engine, bringing rebuilt pet, guild, auction and quest windows โ and the black patches on the ground during fights are finally gone.
Autumn comes to the continent. A month-long leaf hunt, a new bonus every weekend, and a long list of fixes โ including the black patches that have been haunting the ground during fights. ๐
๐ Autumn Event
Live now, through 1 October. Monsters across the whole continent have begun dropping maple leaves in three colours. Bring them to the Autumn Event Helper, who has set up in Horizon beside Yushiva and Valindra.
Finding leaves
Every monster can drop them, anywhere in the world โ no special zone, no level requirement. The three colours roll independently, so a single kill can give you more than one, and 98.26% of kills give nothing at all.

Rupees are checked before the leaves are taken, so a trade you cannot afford costs you nothing.
What is in the boxes
Each box gives one reward, rolled from its own table.

Soul Stone Box โ an even coin flip between a plain stone and its Enhanced version, then one of eight:
| Stone | Enhanced |
|---|---|
New potions
| Potion | Effect | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| +15% Strength, Vitality, Agility, Dexterity, Intelligence, Wisdom | 30 min | |
| +15% Attack Speed and Cast Speed | 30 min | |
| +50 Critical Power | 30 min | |
| Recovers 3% of HP every 2 seconds | 5 min |
Or spend a single leaf on a blessing
One leaf buys one blessing, drawn at random from that colour's table of fourteen: five headline rolls and the nine stat rolls. The timer keeps running while you are offline.
| Leaf | Possible blessings | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| +2% / +4% / +6% / +8% Experience | 6 hours | |
| +10% Max HP, Max MP, P. Atk., M. Atk., P. Def., M. Def., Attack Speed, Cast Speed, Critical Rate | 1 hour | |
| +5% Critical Power | 1 hour | |
| +2% / +4% / +6% / +8% Drop Rate | 6 hours | |
| +15% of the same nine stats | 2 hours | |
| +7% Critical Power | 2 hours | |
| +8% Experience ยท +8% Drop Rate | 12 hours | |
| +10% Experience ยท +10% Drop Rate | 6 hours | |
| +20% of the same nine stats | 4 hours | |
| +10% Critical Power | 4 hours |
The Red table's +8% rolls run twice as long as everywhere else on purpose. At six hours they were exactly what a single Green or Yellow leaf can already roll, and a Red leaf costs a hundred Green plus 300,000 Rupees to reach.
After the event
Leaves, boxes and potions no longer expire on their own, so nothing you farm will quietly vanish mid-event. From 8 October โ one week after the event closes โ any leftovers are removed from your inventory the next time you log in. Spend them before then.
๐๏ธ Weekend Events
Every weekend the server now runs one bonus event, chosen at random, from Friday 18:00 until Monday 00:00. It is announced in chat when it begins and again when it ends, and you are told which one is running when you log in.
| Event | Bonus |
|---|---|
| Taming Weekend | Taming success rate ร1.20 |
| Experience Weekend | Experience ร1.40 |
| Experience & Taming Weekend | Experience ร1.25, taming ร1.10 |
| Equipment Enhance Weekend | Equipment enhancement success ร1.25 |
| Creature Enhance Weekend | Creature card enhancement success ร1.25 |
| Skill Card Enhance Weekend | Skill card enhancement success ร1.25 |
| Grand Enhance Weekend | All three enhancement types ร1.10 |
| Drop Rate Weekend | Item, gold and card drops ร1.25 |
Multipliers are applied to the server's base rates, never on top of the previous weekend, so nothing compounds and a restart mid-weekend is safe. Enhancement bonuses scale the success chance of each stage, so they help most where the chance is already reasonable.
๐ New item:
+5 Skill Card Box
A tier above the familiar
+4 Skill Card Box, holding the same card pool one enhancement level higher. It is the skill-card reward inside the event's
Card Box.
๐ฅ๏ธ The interface is moving to our own engine
Arrives with the client update. A big part of this patch is invisible groundwork: we are moving the game's interface off the original engine onto ours. Most of what follows is either a window rebuilt on the new engine, or a bug the rebuild finally let us fix.
Pets & creatures
- Fixed: the pet bar stopped at four slots. With a fifth or sixth creature you could not select it, and so could not summon it. Every slot you have unlocked now shows up.
- Fixed: creature formation markers showed the wrong formation on the sub-slots.
- Creature sheet, skill window, skill tree, skill fund and the creature pages have all been rebuilt on the new interface.
- Creature farm boarding rebuilt, with the original checks kept intact.
Guild
- Fixed: donation buttons did nothing. Every donate button in the guild management panel now actually sends the donation.
- Fixed: guild emblems were invisible on the new interface. Custom guild marks show up again, on the guild window and over players' heads.
- New: the guild master window has been fully rebuilt โ rank permissions and the master-only actions (hand over leadership, disband, upgrade). All eleven permissions per rank are visible at once, with no scrolling.
- Guild info and the eight-panel guild management window rebuilt on the new interface.
Auction house
- Fixed: prices and bids showed garbage such as
<#ffffff> 0instead of the number. - Search, registration, bidding and deposit screens rebuilt on the new interface.
Quests
- Fixed: the quest detail panel opened on the wrong side of the quest list. It now opens to the right and stays on screen.
- Fixed: the "new" marker stayed on quests you had already looked at.
- Quest list and quest details rebuilt on the new interface.
Raids & sieges
- Fixed: the raid organiser showed
0000000members instead of the real count.
Interface & HUD
- Fixed: the MENU strip floated in mid-air instead of sitting in the bottom-right corner.
- Target window reworked; the character portrait has been removed from the target frame.
- Loading screen, taskbar, main menu, world map, quantity dialog, currency shop and the crafting formula list rebuilt on the new interface.
- Plenty of smaller polish across the new interface: sharper text, window positions remembered correctly, fewer windows opening in the wrong place.
๐ Fixed
- Black patches on the ground while fighting. Large dark patches appeared on the terrain for about a second whenever you attacked or cast a skill, but only with an enchanted weapon equipped. The weapon's trail effect was being handed to the graphics card with the wrong vertex size, scattering a few hundred broken triangles across the screen on every frame of the swing.
- The world briefly losing its light. Certain effects could leave the scene unlit, turning the ground almost black while characters and sky still looked normal.
- Speech bubbles that never went away. Chat bubbles above players' heads stayed on screen indefinitely instead of fading.
- P. Pierce and M. Pierce showing
0%. The character sheet reported zero for both, whatever your gear actually gave you. - Login freezing at 60%. Logging in could stall permanently just past halfway.
- Missing and corrupted textures. The image decoder mishandled several formats; it now reads them all correctly, and names in the log anything it still cannot.
- Nothing could be equipped onto a creature. Items could not be placed into creature equipment slots at all.
- Enhancement window โ three fixes. It now reports what actually happened to your item instead of guessing; materials are refilled from your inventory after a mix, so you can keep going without dragging everything back in; and repair powder is found by recipe rather than by a hardcoded item, so the right powder is used every time.
โญ๏ธ Known issues, and what is next
- A companion could show up wearing another player's guild name and emblem. Fixed, and it goes live with the next server restart.
- Arena screens have not been rebuilt yet and are unchanged for now.
Server-side changes take effect at the next server start. Client fixes require the latest client patch. Thank you for the reports โ several of these were found only because players described exactly when they happened. Enjoy! โค๏ธ
