How to Unlock Sky Fortress
The short Lv190 intro quest line (from High Priest Largal in Laksy) that opens the Sky Fortress dungeon.
A short introduction quest line opens up access to the Sky Fortress dungeon. It runs from مستشار إيبيل in ماندا, through الخبيرة سيكروس in أوروك and العرافة سوتابا in the تجمع جيرور, and back to Largal.

Once the chain is complete you can talk to مستشار إيبيل in ماندا at any time to enter the Sky Fortress.
