By creating an account and playing on Eternal Realms you agree to the rules below. They exist to keep the realms fair, safe and fun for everyone. Not knowing a rule is not an excuse for breaking it — read them, and when in doubt, ask a staff member on Discord first.

1General Conduct
The golden rule: treat other players and staff the way you would want to be treated.
- 1.1Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, racism, sexism, threats and personal attacks are never tolerated — in game, on Discord, or anywhere connected to the community.
- 1.2Keep it civilized. Heated rivalry is part of the game; targeted bullying, witch-hunts and drama are not.
- 1.3Staff decisions are final. You may appeal calmly through the proper channel, but arguing, insulting or spamming staff will not help your case.
- 1.4Use common sense. If something feels like cheating, scamming or abuse, it almost certainly breaks a rule even if it is not listed word-for-word below.
2Account & Security
Your account is your responsibility — everything that happens on it is on you.
- 2.1You are responsible for every action taken on your account, including by anyone you share it with. "My friend/brother did it" is not a defense.
- 2.2Keep your login details private. Staff will never ask for your password — anyone who does is trying to steal your account.
- 2.3Selling, buying, trading or "renting" accounts is forbidden. Accounts belong to Eternal Realms, not to players.
- 2.4Account sharing to boost rankings, events or sieges is not allowed.
- 2.5Lost, stolen or shared accounts are not eligible for item or progress restoration.
3Third-Party Programs, Bots & Hacks
Play the game with the game. Anything that automates or alters it for an advantage is banned.
- 3.1No bots, macros, auto-clickers, auto-hunt or any tool that plays for you — including hardware/mouse macros for unattended farming.
- 3.2No hacks of any kind: speed hacks, teleport/warp, no-clip, damage/stat modification, duplication, packet editing or memory editing.
- 3.3No modifying the game client or files to gain an advantage, reveal hidden information, or bypass intended limits.
- 3.4No third-party programs that read or inject into the game process.
- 3.5AFK farming is fine only if you are genuinely present and not using automation to respond or move.
4Bugs & Exploits
Found something broken? Report it — do not profit from it.
- 4.1Report bugs to staff privately as soon as you find them. Do not share them publicly while unfixed.
- 4.2Abusing a bug or exploit — duplication, infinite gold/items, skipping intended mechanics, getting somewhere you should not — is one of the most serious offenses and leads to removal of gains and a ban.
- 4.3Knowingly benefiting from someone else’s exploit (e.g. buying duped items) is also punishable.
- 4.4When in doubt whether something is intended, stop and ask. Cooperation is rewarded; abuse is not.
5Real-Money Trading (RMT)
The only real money that should ever touch the server is an optional donation through the official shop.
- 5.1Selling, buying or trading in-game items, gold, accounts, characters or services for real money (or for currency/items on another server) is strictly forbidden.
- 5.2Advertising or arranging RMT in any channel results in an immediate ban for all accounts involved.
- 5.3Gifting in game is allowed; disguising an RMT deal as a "gift" is not.
6Gameplay & Fair Play
Compete hard, but compete honestly.
- 6.1No scamming. Misleading trades, fake "doubling" services, or going back on an agreed deal are punishable, and staff do not reimburse scam victims.
- 6.2No blocking NPCs, portals, quest objects or boss spawns to deny other players.
- 6.3No win-trading, score manipulation or collusion in events, rankings or arenas.
- 6.4Dungeon sieges and PvP are open warfare — but exploiting siege mechanics, using third-party tools, or abusing bugs during them is not.
- 6.5Excessive, targeted spawn-camping or harassment intended solely to ruin another player’s experience is griefing and may be actioned.
7Names & Identity
- 7.1Character, guild and pet names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, or break real-world laws.
- 7.2Do not impersonate staff (GM, Admin, Mod, "Owner") or other players with confusingly similar names.
- 7.3No names made of disruptive special characters or invisible/blank characters.
- 7.4Staff may rename anything that breaks these rules without notice.
8Chat & Community
World/global chat is shared by everyone — keep it readable and welcoming.
- 8.1No spam, flooding, or excessive caps/special characters in public channels.
- 8.2No advertising other servers, websites, or recruiting for them. This is an instant, non-negotiable ban.
- 8.3No hate speech, slurs, sexual content, gore, or sharing of another person’s private information (doxxing).
- 8.4Keep global/world chat in English where possible so staff can moderate; other languages are welcome in guild, party and whisper.
- 8.5Do not backseat-moderate or threaten other players with bans — report instead.
9Donations & Cash Shop
Donations are optional and keep the servers online — thank you for supporting them.
- 9.1Donations and cash-shop purchases are voluntary and non-refundable.
- 9.2Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting staff results in a permanent ban on all linked accounts.
- 9.3Cash-shop offerings aim to stay convenience- and cosmetic-focused; report any item you believe is unfair so we can review it.
- 9.4Do not attempt to exploit, duplicate or manipulate the donation/points system — doing so voids the points and bans the account.
10Staff & Support
- 10.1Staff will never ask for your password, and never trade or hold items "for safekeeping" — anyone doing so is impersonating staff; report them.
- 10.2Follow reasonable instructions from staff during events, incidents or investigations.
- 10.3For help, bug reports, scam reports or ban appeals, open a ticket / post in the correct channel on our Discord with clear details and evidence (screenshots, video, timestamps).
- 10.4Bribing, threatening or harassing staff to influence a decision is itself a punishable offense.
11Punishments & Appeals
Penalties scale with the severity and intent of the offense, and with your history.
- 11.1Typical ladder: verbal warning → chat mute → temporary ban → permanent ban. Serious offenses (exploit/dupe abuse, RMT, hacking, chargebacks, server advertising) can skip straight to a permanent ban.
- 11.2Bans may apply to every account, character and IP/hardware linked to the offender. Evading a ban with a new account extends or permanently seals the punishment.
- 11.3Staff may remove illegitimately gained items, gold and progress at any time.
- 11.4Punishments are at staff discretion based on the spirit of these rules, not only their letter.
- 11.5To appeal, open a ticket on Discord and present your case calmly with evidence. Appeals made by spamming, threatening or insulting staff are dismissed.
