How to Unlock Sky Fortress
The short Lv190 intro quest line (from High Priest Largal in Laksy) that opens the Sky Fortress dungeon.
A short introduction quest line opens up access to the Sky Fortress dungeon. It runs from Высший священник Ларгал in Лакси, through Священник Сиркка in Катан and Предсказатель Ситеба in the Гильдия Ассасинов, and back to Largal.

Once the chain is complete you can talk to Высший священник Ларгал in Лакси at any time to enter the Sky Fortress.
